All about Epicure
Since 1891 Epicure has based its philospohy on the pleasure of good food. We originally brought food innovation to Britain by importing exotic canned fruits and vegetables previously unseen in this corner of the world.
Today’s consumer tastes and the grocery market has changed significantly since our early days, but we continue to innovate through selection of the best produce and recipes. We are constantly seeking out the best foods and new ways in which to bring you quality foods.
To assist us in the development of new ingredients and recipes we have recruited a chef. James Moulson can boast having held positions at Claridges and the cruise ship QE2 in his career, as well as having had his own restaurant. James now has his own catering and consulting companies. In addition to catering for weddings, outside events and currently at the Stella Artois tennis tournament, he helps develop some of the foods that appear in High Street retailers.
Here at Epicure we are mad about good food, but some of us run out of cooking talent long before we run out of enthusiasm. Thankfully we now have James to help bring a professional outlook to the team.
