Bijoux Vert Lentils

French lentils with a nutty-peppery taste.

Available in organic and non-organic. As their name suggests, Puy Lentils originate from the French area of Le Puy in the Massif Central and are used in traditional dishes from that area. They can also be used in any lentil dish, such as dhals and casseroles.
