Best served al dente with one of our pasta sauces or pestos. Our pasta is made from 100% durum wheat semolina in the Bay of Naples area.
Ingredients: Durum Wheat Semolina

Instructions: Add pasta to a large pan of lightly salted boiling water. Stir and simmer for 8-10 minutes depending how al dente you like your pasta. Drain well and serve immediately.
Storage: Store in a cool dry place.
