Surfine Capers
A piquant and pungent ingredient. These highly prized surfine capers are picked young to retain texture and piquant flavour.
Capers are flower buds from a plant indigenous to the Mediterranean. The small Surfine caper has a stronger flavour than the larger Capote, Capucine, Fine and Grusas varieties. Ideal as an ingredient in tarter sauce, pasta sauce, salads or as a pizza topping.
