Ratatouille
Ratatouille originates from the Provence and Nice regions of Southern France where seasonal produce would be combined to create this classic side dish.
Usually seerved as a side dish, ratatouille can also be used to fill savoury crepes or omelettes and adds great flavour and body when used to fortify casseroles.
Ingredients: Courgettes (43%), Tomatoes (34%), Peppers (7%), Onions (5%), Aubergine (4%), Tomato Puree, Vegtable OIl, Modified Maize Startch, Sugar, Salt, Herbs and Spices, Lemon Juice.
