Ratatouille

Ratatouille originates from the Provence and Nice regions of Southern France where seasonal produce would be combined to create this classic side dish.

Usually served as a side dish, ratatouille can also be used to fill savoury crepes or omelettes and adds great flavour and body when used to fortify casseroles.

Ingredients: Courgettes (46%), Tomatoes (36%), Peppers (5%), Onions (5%), Aubergines (4%), Tomato Puree, Vegetable Oil, Modified Maize Starch, Sugar, Salt, Flavourings, Concentrated Lemon Juice.
