Sweet Red Pepper and Butter Bean Dip

Sweet Red Pepper and Butter Bean Dip Garlicky, citrusy and fresh, this dip takes minutes to make and is perfect to serve with crudités when unexpected guests arrive. Or just indulge yourself with a packet of tortilla chips and your favourite movie!
Method Drain and rinse peppers and beans. Blend all of the ingredients together and serve with tortilla chips or Epicure savoury snacks.
