Ratatouille Dip V

Serve this easy, warm dip with our puff pastry Sesame Straws or spoon over a crusty baguette.

  • 1 tin Epicure Ratatouille Niçoise
  • 30g parmesan, grated
  • 15g panko breadcrumbs
  • handful of fresh basil, chopped
  • Epicure Sesame Straws, for serving

    Preheat oven to 200ºC, Gas Mark 6.

    Tip the ratatouille into a shallow baking dish, spreading evenly. Sprinkle parmesan over and then top with breadcrumbs.

    Pop in the oven and bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.

    Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

    Sprinkle with chopped basil before digging in with some sesame straws to scoop.
