Apricot Ginger Glazed Pork Chops
Prep: 5 min. Cook: 10 min. Makes: 2. Season 2 pork chops with salt and pepper, on both sides. Place on a baking tray and top each with 1 tablespoon Epicure Apricot & Ginger Chutney. Pop under a grill set to medium high and grill for 10-12 minutes, until cooked through.

Fig, Blue Cheese, & Prosciutto Crostini
Prep: 10 min. Cook: 10 min. Makes: 12. Cut 12 thick slices from a baguette on the diagonal. Brush each slice with a bit of oil and season with salt. Bake at 180ÂșC, gas mark 4 for 10 minutes, or until crisp. Allow to cool then top each with 1 teaspoon Epicure Sticky Fig Chutney, 1 slice of cambozola cheese, 1 slice prosciutto, and a sprinkling of rocket.

Prep: 5 min. Cook: 15 min. to pan-fry Makes: 6. Pan-fry 6 pork sausage with a splash of oil over medium heat, turning to brown all sides. Once cooked through, pop each sausage into a finger roll along with 1 tablespoon Epicure Cherry Tomato & Chilli Chutney, 1 tablespoon fried onions, add a squeeze of yellow mustard, if you like.
