Truffle Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with pieces of foraged white truffle.  Adds a great umami flavour.  Perfect for drizzling over mushroom risotto, flame grilled steak or a handmade pizza.

INGREDIENTS

Organic Virgin Olive Oil, Dehydrated White Truffle Pieces (0.1%), Truffle Flavour.

Keep away from direct sunlight.  Store at room temperature and consume within 4 weeks after opening.  

Will become cloudy below 7°C.  This is entirely normal and will clear if brought back to room temperature.
