We like to scoop this piquant dip up with our puff pastry Cheese Spirals. It’s also great spread onto sandwiches for a kick of flavour.

  • 1 tin Epicure Stoneless Black Olives, drained
  • 2 tablespoons Epicure capers, rinsed and drained
  • 1 teaspoon Epicure Anchovy Paste
  • ½ teaspoon Epicure Chopped Garlic
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Epicure Cheese Spirals, for serving

    Tip the olives, capers, anchovy paste, garlic, lemon juice, thyme and oregano into a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped but not pureed. Spoon into a serving dish and stir in the olive oil. Scoop up with cheese spirals to serve.
