Roast Beef Horseradish Tea Sandwiches

Something a little different for your afternoon tea. Horseradish, chives, and soft cheese spread onto white bread, sandwiching thinly sliced roast beef.

  • 125g soft cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Epicure Horseradish Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced chives
  • 10 slices white bread
  • 175g thinly sliced roast beef

    In a small bowl mix together soft cheese, horseradish sauce, and chives.

    Lay out the 10 slices of bread and spread 1 tablespoon soft cheese mixture on each. Divide the roast beef evenly between 5 of the slices, then pop on the remaining 5 slices, soft cheese side down. Trim off the crust to make a square. Cut each square into 3 finger sandwiches.

    Serve with tea and cakes, or pack along on a picnic and enjoy with some crisps.
